The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to partner with Gilles Bélanger, Quebec’s Minister of Cybersecurity and Digital Affairs, to support Espace M in Magog, Quebec, through the donation of refurbished electronic equipment.
This initiative highlights the importance of digital inclusion, technology reuse, and community partnerships in helping organizations access essential technology while reducing electronic waste.
Supporting Espace M Through Technology Donations
As part of this partnership, ERA donated a laptop, two mobile phones, three tablets, aprojector, a laser printer, and two computer monitors to Espace M in Magog, Quebec.
These 10 electronic devices will provide Espace M with valuable technology resources to support its activities, improve access to digital tools, and strengthen its ability to serve the local community.
By providing functional, refurbished electronics, ERA aims to help community organizations overcome technology barriers while extending the lifespan of electronic equipment.
Promoting Digital Inclusion and Sustainability in Quebec
Access to reliable technology is increasingly important for communication, education, and community engagement. However, many nonprofit and community organizations face challenges obtaining the electronic equipment they need.
Through partnerships with community leaders and government representatives, ERA continues to promote digital accessibility and environmental sustainability across Quebec and Canada.

Giving Electronics a Second Life
