Secure Electronics Recycling with Better Business Bureau Serving Mainland BC

During the event, ERA will conduct live on-site data destruction demonstrations using mobile shredding equipment. Attendees will be able to witness the physical destruction of hard drives and other data-bearing devices in real time, helping reduce the risk of identity theft and data breaches.

ERA operates under internationally recognized standards, including ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 9001 (Quality Management). These certifications ensure high levels of data security, environmental responsibility, and operational quality.

Collected electronics will be assessed for reuse whenever possible. Functional equipment will be refurbished and donated to charities, schools, and nonprofit organizations across British Columbia. Items that cannot be reused will be responsibly recycled according to environmental standards.
