Toronto, ON – May 6, 2025 – The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to announce the donation of 75 refurbished laptops, 50 monitors, and 25 projectors to York Region Educational Services (YRES) to support the launch of a new computer lab for children’s programs and volunteer workstations.
This donation will empower YRES to expand its educational and volunteer initiatives, equipping students and community members with vital access to technology that supports digital literacy and lifelong learning.
“We’re proud to partner with York Region Educational Services in fostering access to education through technology,” said Bojan Paduh, Founder & CEO of the Electronic Recycling Association. “This donation is part of our commitment to reduce e-waste while bridging the digital divide across Canadian communities.”
The donation will take place on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 11 a.m. at 3100 Steeles Ave E #605, Markham, ON L3R 8T3. Media are invited to attend and capture this moment of community impact and collaboration.
