RECEIVING A DONATION OF LAPTOPS IS LIKE MUSIC TO KISSM’S EARS

ERA is pleased to donate some laptops to the Kamloops Interior Summer School of Music (KISSM). These laptops will hugely benefit KISSM’s programs throughout the year. At the moment, these laptops are helping their student workers plan their music programs for next summer.

Since 1978 the KISSM has been inspiring youth to follow their passion for the arts. Every July 250 emerging musicians gather for our three-week summer music camp. With over 50 classes, activities, and performance opportunities, KISSM offers a broad spectrum of musical genres. There is something for everyone at this well loved camp.

KISSM is a community-based program that inspires children and youth to pursue their interest and passion in music, theatre, and the arts. With its flagship 3-week summer program and additional programs and music partnerships offered and managed year-round, KISSM has been in the community for almost 40 years. It is a not-for-profit organization guided by a volunteer board of directors, who meet monthly, as well as an Executive Director and Music Director who manage the business and artistic side of the organization.
