The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) recently donated two refurbished desktop computers and two projectors to Greater Purpose Services in Coboconk, Ontario. This donation will help strengthen the organization’s ability to deliver important programs that support individuals and families in rural and underserved communities.
Greater Purpose Services is dedicated to empowering people through holistic community support programs. Their initiatives include newcomer and settlement services, language and cultural integration programs, agriculture and environmental initiatives, employment assistance, housing support, immigration referrals, and trusteeship programs focused on financial literacy.
With the addition of these refurbished devices, Greater Purpose Services will be better equipped to deliver workshops, training sessions, and presentations that help community members build new skills and access essential services.
The donated desktop computers will support administrative tasks and program delivery, while the projectors will allow staff to host educational presentations and group learning sessions for participants.
