ERA’S DONATION TO SSVP

By electronic recycling association April 17, 2017

The ERA is delighted to assist The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul (SSVP) with a donation of 3 laptops which will go towards the St. Patrick’s Conference. The SSVP is a Catholic Ministry that help people of all faiths who are in need. The St. Patrick’s Conference have been helping within the community and assisting other Parish communities since March 13, 1989.

Their mission is to help individuals who have encountered misfortunes and find that they are unable to provide for themselves and/or their family. They provide temporary help by bringing groceries to your home, visiting with you and making sure your needs are taken care of. More info on the SSVP and the St. Patrick’s Conference can be found here: http://stpatrickcalgary.com/

ERA has teamed up with the SSVP to help three families with laptops, who have recently moved to Canada. These laptops will be used to help further their education and assist in finding a job, as they settle into their new lives here in Calgary. We wish them all the best on where their journey takes them.
