The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to once again partner with the Abbotsford Police Department for our Annual Electronic Recycling and Data Security Event — and featuring FREE Bike Registration!

Bring your unwanted electronics for responsible recycling, securely shred your hard drive data, and protect your bike — all in one community event.

What to Expect

  • Free Electronics Recycling – Drop off your unwanted devices to reduce e-waste and support local charities through refurbished donations.
  • Free On-Site Hard Drive Shredding – Safeguard your personal data with ERA’s industrial shredder, available at no cost.  Please remove your hard drives for onsite shredding. 
  • Free Bike Registration – Help prevent bike theft by registering your bicycle with the Abbotsford Police Department.

ERA accepts most electronics in any condition, including:

  • Monitors & Televisions (flat screens only)
  • Printers & Scanners
  • Keyboards, Mice & Cables
  • Networking Equipment (modems, routers, switches)
  • Servers & Server Racks
  • External Hard Drives & USB Sticks
  • Projectors & Digital Cameras
  • Gaming Consoles & Accessories

All collected items will be refurbished and donated to charities across Canada whenever possible, or responsibly recycled to keep e-waste out of landfills.
