The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is excited to host a free Electronics Collection Event at the Halifax Tool Library on May 9, 2026. This community event gives residents a safe and responsible way to recycle unwanted electronics while helping reduce e-waste and support local charities.
As part of ERA’s mission of “Reuse Before Recycling,” collected electronics are securely processed, refurbished when possible, and donated to charities, schools, and nonprofit organizations across Canada. Devices that cannot be reused are responsibly recycled to keep harmful materials out of landfills.
