In September, the Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) proudly donated over a dozen laptops to The Immigrant Education Society (TIES) in Calgary, Alberta.
These laptops are helping newcomers build digital literacy and access essential learning tools as they settle into their new communities.
Sofiia Krok, a BENCH Crisis Support Counselor at TIES, shared photos of grateful clients who received the laptops and expressed appreciation for ERA’s continued support in empowering individuals through technology.
Through partnerships like this, ERA continues to advance its mission of reducing e-waste and bridging the digital divide across Canada.
