Halifax Chamber of Commerce Hosts Electronics Collection Event with the Electronic Recycling Association

By electronic recycling association July 21, 2025

The Halifax Chamber of Commerce is pleased to partner with the Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) to host an electronics collection event from August 18 to 22, 2025. We invite all Chamber members and Halifax businesses to responsibly recycle their unwanted electronic devices.

Businesses are invited to drop off items such as laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, servers, and other IT equipment at the Chamber’s Dartmouth location. All donated electronics will undergo secure data wiping, refurbishment, and redistribution to charities and non-profit organizations in Nova Scotia that urgently need access to technology. This event offers an excellent opportunity for local businesses to support environmental sustainability and help bridge the digital divide in our community.

Event Dates: August 18–22, 2025
Location: 32 Akerley Blvd, Suite 100, Dartmouth, NS
