The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to celebrate the success of our recent electronics collection event in partnership with the Kanata Beaverbrook Community Association (KBCA) in Ottawa.
Held on September 12, 2026, the community collection brought local residents together to responsibly recycle unwanted electronics and help keep reusable technology and valuable materials out of the waste stream.
Thanks to the support and participation of the Kanata Beaverbrook community, approximately 2,100 lbs of electronics were collected during the event.

At ERA, our goal is to extend the useful life of electronics whenever possible.
Reusable computers, laptops, and other devices are assessed for refurbishment and reuse, while equipment that can no longer be reused is processed through responsible electronics recycling channels.
