ERA Donates Printer to On Our Own (Les Maisons Transitionnelles) in Montreal
The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to donate an all-in-one printer to On Our Own (Les Maisons Transitionnelles), a Montreal-based non-profit dedicated to supporting vulnerable young parents and their children. This essential device will help O3 staff and residents print educational materials, program resources, forms, and communications that support daily operations and family development programs.
At ERA, we believe in creating opportunities through technology reuse. Every refurbished device extends the life of valuable equipment while empowering community organizations like O3 to expand their services and impact.
About On Our Own (O3)
O3 provides transitional housing and wraparound support services to young parents aged 16 to 30 who are raising children under the age of five. Families can stay for up to five years, during which staff and volunteers work closely with them to build strong foundations in:
- Parenting and early childhood development
- Financial literacy
- Education and career planning
- Mental health and emotional wellbeing
- Life skills and healthy living
By offering stable, affordable housing paired with life-changing programs, O3 helps break the cycle of poverty and supports young families in building brighter futures.
Thank You to Our Donors and Supporters
This donation — and many others — is made possible thanks to the generosity of ERA’s corporate sponsors, individual donors, and community partners. Your contributions help us continue providing refurbished technology to charities, schools, and nonprofits across Canada.
