The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to support Trades Guild in Calgary, Alberta, through the donation of a printer to assist with their community-based initiatives.
Trades Guild is a local organization dedicated to helping marginalized members of the community learn valuable trade skills and connect with mentorship opportunities that can break the cycle of homelessness. By equipping participants with practical, hands-on experience and industry connections, Trades Guild empowers individuals to build confidence, independence, and sustainable employment pathways.
This printer will help streamline administrative work, training documentation, and participant support—making it easier for the organization to manage classes, print educational materials, and maintain communication with trainees and mentors.
ERA is delighted to contribute to this important mission. As a Canadian non-profit focused on reducing electronic waste through reuse, refurbishment, and donation, ERA ensures that electronics continue to serve meaningful purposes in the community. Each device donated helps bridge the digital divide and supports organizations like Trades Guild that are changing lives through education and skill development.
