The Electronic Recycling Association Launches Its Annual 12 Days of Christmas Tech Donations

By electronic recycling association December 6, 2025

The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to announce the return of its annual 12 Days of Christmas Tech Donations, a nationwide initiative supporting charities and nonprofit organizations across Canada through the donation of professionally refurbished technology.

The holiday season is a time for giving, and ERA is committed to helping organizations that deliver essential services within their communities. Reliable access to technology is vital for education, employment readiness, settlement support, mental health services, and community development. Through this initiative, ERA helps ensure charities—and the individuals they serve—have the tools needed to succeed.

Making a Meaningful Impact

Donating refurbished technology strengthens community programs while diverting electronic waste from landfills. ERA’s reuse-first approach ensures all donated devices are securely data-wiped, refurbished, and redeployed where they can create the greatest social impact.

We Still Need Your Help

Many charities across Canada are still waiting for technology support. Donations of surplus laptops, desktops, monitors, and IT equipment can make a meaningful difference this holiday season. By donating through ERA, organizations help reduce e-waste, advance digital equity, and strengthen communities nationwide.
