The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to partner with Karine Boivin Roy, Member of Parliament for Anjou–Louis-Riel, to support digital inclusion in Quebec through a meaningful technology donation to Jusqu’Au Bourg, a local community organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families in need.

Through this initiative, ERA donated 2 laptops, 5 tablets, and 3 cell phones to Jusqu’Au Bourg—helping expand access to essential digital tools for education, communication, and community support services.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to digital equity, social inclusion, and community empowerment. By extending the life of technology through responsible refurbishment and reuse, ERA continues to advance its mission of “reuse before recycle,” ensuring that quality devices reach communities where they can create real and lasting impact.

“At ERA, our mission has always been about using technology as a tool for empowerment,” said Bojan Paduh, Founder and President of the Electronic Recycling Association. “By working alongside community leaders like MP Karine Boivin Roy and organizations such as Jusqu’Au Bourg, we are able to ensure that refurbished technology directly supports people who need it most, while also reducing e-waste and strengthening local communities.”

All donated devices were professionally refurbished and securely data-wiped in accordance with ERA’s certified data security and environmental standards, supporting both community protection and environmental responsibility.

This initiative highlights the power of collaboration between nonprofit organizations, elected officials, and community partners in creating sustainable, scalable impact. Together, ERA, MP Karine Boivin Roy, and Jusqu’Au Bourg are helping strengthen local communities while advancing responsible e-waste management and digital inclusion across Quebec.
