As you may already know, this week is Volunteer Week! It will run from April 24th up until April 29th. ERA has a range of programs in place for volunteers to take part and give back to their community.
Volunteering with ERA is a great way to fulfill your community service goals while gaining excellent computer experience. In addition to learning and assisting with ERA’s processes and electronic recycling initiatives, volunteers will earn a computer once they have completed their volunteer hours. We have duties suitable for almost anyone over the age of 16.
Why volunteer?
Volunteering offers help to individuals in need, the communities we live in, and worthwhile causes, but the real individual it benefits is the volunteer. Some benefits to volunteering consist of stress relief, a sense of purpose, gaining confidence, making a difference and having fun!
