On May 21, 2026, the Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) will host a free electronics collection event at Sunnyside Mall in Bedford, Nova Scotia. The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. near the Dollar Tree entrance inside the mall.
Residents and businesses are encouraged to donate unwanted electronics including desktop computers, laptops, servers, monitors, printers, phones, tablets, cables, peripherals, and audio-visual equipment. Every donation helps support ERA’s mission of reducing electronic waste while promoting secure reuse and responsible recycling.
As a national non-profit organization, ERA focuses on extending the life of electronics whenever possible. Reuse remains the most environmentally responsible solution because it reduces landfill waste and decreases demand for new device manufacturing.
