The Epic Fencing Club is a Not for Profit Sports Club that was established in 1982 by a group of dedicated fencers.  Through the years, The Epic Fencing Club has grown into a great club with three locations.  The main club is based in NE Calgary with 0ver 4000 sq ft of fencing space.  It also runs satellite programs in the Trico Centre and at the University of Calgary. As well, the Club offers Fall/Winter Classes and Summer Fencing Camps at the University of Calgary NW.

The Epic Fencing Club provides group and individual lessons in foil and epee for beginners, recreational fencers, and serious competitors. Classes start at age 8 to adults as well. With attention to detail and safety, classes are carefully monitored by experienced junior and senior coaches.  Athletes are encouraged to respect their opponents and work together as a team.

Their mission is to provide an unforgettable experience and the commitment to the pursuit of excellence in fencing. The donation will be used for projecting results at tournaments. To find out more about this organization, please click here.
