ERA and Nasore Health & Wellness Promote Responsible Electronics Recycling

By electronic recycling association May 26, 2026

The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) was proud to partner with Nasore Health & Wellness on a community electronics recycling initiative in celebration of Earth Day. The partnership helped promote environmental awareness, responsible electronics recycling, and sustainability within the local community while encouraging individuals and organizations to reduce electronic waste through proper recycling practices.

The Earth Day electronics recycling initiative provided community members with an opportunity to safely recycle unwanted electronics, including laptops, computers, monitors, printers, phones, cables, keyboards, and other electronic accessories. Through the partnership, the event helped support responsible e-waste management while keeping harmful electronic materials out of local landfills.

Building Greener Communities Through Partnerships

At ERA, partnerships with community organizations help increase environmental awareness and make responsible electronics recycling more accessible across Canada.

Working together with organizations like Nasore Health & Wellness allows ERA to continue supporting sustainability initiatives, promoting the circular economy, and encouraging environmentally responsible practices within local communities.

Electronics recycling events also help educate the public about secure recycling, technology reuse, and the importance of properly disposing of unwanted electronic devices to help reduce e-waste.

Host an Electronics Recycling Event with ERA

ERA continues working with businesses, nonprofits, schools, municipalities, wellness organizations, and community groups across Canada to organize electronics recycling events and sustainability initiatives.

Organizations interested in hosting an electronics recycling event, community collection drive, or sustainability partnership with ERA are encouraged to connect with the team directly.

Community electronics recycling events can help:

  • reduce e-waste in local communities
  • support sustainability and Earth Day initiatives
  • promote environmental awareness
  • encourage responsible technology disposal
  • support technology reuse and donation programs
