The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to donate five refurbished laptops to We Care For You Charity in Markham, Ontario.
This donation supports ERA’s mission to reduce electronic waste and give technology a second life. It also helps local charities access reliable devices for their daily work.
Supporting Community Work Through Technology
Technology plays an important role in community service. Charities need laptops for communication, planning, outreach, records, and program support.
Because of this, ERA works to provide refurbished electronics to organizations that need them. The five laptops donated to We Care For You Charity will help their team stay connected and organized.
As a result, the charity can continue supporting its programs and community initiatives with better access to technology.
Giving Electronics a Second Life
Many laptops still have value after their first use. Instead of sending these devices directly for recycling, ERA tests and refurbishes them when possible.
Then, ERA donates usable electronics to charities, non-profits, schools, students, and community groups across Canada.
This process helps reduce e-waste. At the same time, it supports digital access for organizations that may not have the budget for new equipment.
ERA’s Donation Program
ERA is a Canadian non-profit organization. It focuses on electronics reuse, recycling, secure data destruction, and technology donations.
Through ERA’s Donation Program, businesses and individuals can help keep electronics out of landfills. In addition, they can help provide devices to organizations in need.
ERA accepts many types of electronics, including laptops, computers, monitors, printers, and other devices. When possible, ERA refurbishes usable items and donates them back into the community.
Thank You to We Care For You Charity
ERA thanks We Care For You Charity for the important work they do in the community.
Together, we can reduce electronic waste, extend the life of technology, and support more people through access to refurbished devices.
