In honor of Earth Month, the Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration between ERA, Green Calgary, and Ikea for an electronics recycling event. Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 20th, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and head over to the parking lot of Ikea. It’s located at 8000 11 St SE, Calgary, AB T2H 3B2, for a day filled with environmental action and community spirit.
Accepted items include:
- Laptops/Computers
- Computer parts (motherboards, hard drives, etc.)
- Keyboards, mice, wires/cables
- Mobile phones
- Gaming consoles
- Stereo equipment
- Software (operating, editing, design)
- CD/DVD and cards
- Lab equipment
*we do not accept household items

The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2004 to address the growing problem of e-waste and the increasing ‘digital divide’. For over fifteen years, ERA has offered simple solutions to help individuals and organizations prevent operational equipment from premature destruction. With a focus on recovery, refurbishment and reuse, ERA continuously supplies charitable groups with donated IT equipment while securely managing the retiring IT assets of organizations and individuals across Canada.
