In a continued effort to support community organizations and their missions, the Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to announce its recent donation of 10 laptops to the Calgary Immigrant Women’s Association (CIWA). This contribution is a testament to ERA’s commitment to empowering CIWA’s clients, who have successfully completed various programs offered by the organization.
ERA and CIWA have built a strong partnership over the years, working together to provide essential technological resources to immigrant women and their families. These laptops will enable CIWA’s clients to access educational opportunities, connect with potential employers, and stay engaged with their communities.
“ERA is dedicated to making technology accessible to those who need it most, and our partnership with CIWA allows us to do just that,” said Bojan Paduh, President of ERA. “We are thrilled to continue our support for CIWA and the incredible work they do in empowering immigrant women.”
CIWA has been instrumental in helping immigrant women integrate into Canadian society, offering programs that range from language training and employment services to family support and community engagement. The laptops donated by ERA will provide CIWA’s clients with the tools they need to succeed in today’s digital world.
This donation marks another milestone in ERA and CIWA’s collaborative efforts to bridge the digital divide and ensure that technology is accessible to all, regardless of their background. Together, ERA and CIWA are making a tangible difference in the lives of countless women, helping them to achieve their goals and build better futures for themselves and their families.
