ERA DONATES A LAPTOP TO AN ORGANIZATION THAT FOCUSES THEIR TIME ON IMPROVING CHILDREN’S COMPUTER SKILLS – GARDIENS DE LA TECH
The Electronic Recycling Association was thrilled to donate a laptop to Gardiens de la Tech. This is a project, funded by the City of Montreal. It is an initiative to involve students from Lucien-Pagé High School. This project is a creation of a student cooperative in computer/multimedia aimed at developing entrepreneurship, offering access to training, selling computers at cost price to the population of Parc.
This laptop will be an asset to their computer lab. We will be donating more laptops and some desktops to them in the coming weeks which will be distributed between their clients who cannot afford to purchase one.
