Recycling Electronics for a Good Cause
Electronic waste continues to grow across Canada. Responsible recycling helps keep old electronics out of landfills.
Through this event, North Pointe Community Church and ERA will make electronics recycling easier for the Edmonton community.
Participants can bring approved electronic items such as laptops, desktop computers, monitors, tablets, cell phones, keyboards, mice, cables, networking equipment, and other eligible electronics.
Supporting the Community Through E-Waste Recycling
The Moolah for Macros program helps organizations raise funds through electronics recycling. It also encourages people to recycle old technology in a responsible way.
ERA will collect and handle the electronics through its reuse and recycling programs. These programs help extend the life of usable technology and reduce waste.
When possible, ERA refurbishes reusable devices and donates them to charities, nonprofits, schools, and community groups. ERA responsibly recycles items that cannot be reused.
