The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to support Enroute 2 Success Boys & Girls Club with a technology donation that will help children and youth develop essential digital skills.
ERA donated 4 desktop computers, 1 laptop, 3 printers, and 2 projectors to support the organization’s technology lab and educational programs. The equipment will provide youth with greater access to hands-on learning opportunities and help Enroute 2 Success expand its technology-focused programming.
Supporting Digital Skills and AI Literacy
Enroute 2 Success Boys & Girls Club uses technology to empower young people and prepare them for academic success and future career opportunities. Participants learn practical digital skills using programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The organization is also introducing AI literacy and digital innovation workshops, giving youth opportunities to explore emerging technologies, develop creative ideas, and solve real-world challenges.
With additional computers and digital equipment available, Enroute 2 Success can create a more interactive learning environment where youth can build confidence and gain valuable technology skills.
Giving Retired Technology a Second Life
ERA works with businesses and organizations across Canada to collect unwanted and retired electronics. Reusable equipment is refurbished whenever possible and donated to charities, nonprofits, schools, and community organizations in need.
By donating retired technology, organizations can help reduce electronic waste while creating meaningful opportunities in their communities.
Does your business have retired laptops, desktop computers, tablets, cell phones, or other electronics? ERA offers electronics pickup, recycling, secure data destruction, and hard drive shredding services across Canada.
Your retired technology could become an important educational resource for a charity or community organization like Enroute 2 Success.
