WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR EARTH MONTH?

By electronic recycling association March 28, 2018

April 2018 marks Earth Month’s 48th Anniversary. Individuals all over the world come together through environmental events and initiatives to celebrate this time.

During Earth Month there is a day where we celebrate Earth Day. This Day has become the largest environmental event throughout the world. Over six million Canadians take part in Earth Day activities throughout their communities. It is a time when hundreds of organizations partner and support networks across the country, as they participate in yearly celebrations of this exceptional day!

Earth Day Canada is a national environmental charity which was founded in 1990. They offer many services to Canadians. Some include; free, year-round, award-winning programs to educate and inspire Canadians of all ages, backgrounds, and sectors to reach local environmental solutions. Their mission is to foster and celebrate environmental respect, action and behavior change that lessens our impact on the earth.
