It is normal to feel anxious and afraid while we deal with the effects of this pandemic. We know this situation is stressful for everyone; people living with mental illness and addictions may be finding it especially difficult to cope. That’s why ERA was pleased to be able to provide a client of Elements Calgary Mental Health Centre with a laptop to do online courses and to keep in touch with family in East Africa. Having access to a laptop will enrich the client’s life as she tends to isolate due to her mental and physical health. One of our lovely staff members personally delivered the laptop as the client did not feel comfortable leaving her house.
