Building Relationships and Creating Awareness in the Greater Vancouver Area

We are delighted to be Business+ Members with the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade (GVBOT) for the past two years. They provide ERA with the tools and guidance to create a wider business network which generates business and creates awareness.

The Greater Vancouver Board of Trade fosters an outstanding environment for building great relationships. They provide numerous opportunities that connect business leaders together for true progress and change and have created the cohesion needed in Greater Vancouver’s business community.

Their PURPOSE is to support sustainable prosperity throughout the Greater Vancouver region.

Their VISION is to be an active, innovative, trusted, credible business organization, known for influencing decision-makers and educating, connecting with, and engaging their communities.

Their MISSION is to provide leadership, information, and connections, and public policy support that help ensure the Greater Vancouver region is competitive and the preferred Pacific Gateway for trade, commerce, and travel.

They ARE informed, respectful, principled, collaborative, and professional.

The benefits of becoming a member include the following:

  • Expands your network – Meeting more people, attending more events, and creating more opportunities.
  • Enhances your visibility – You can profile your business by leveraging exclusive advertising opportunities, offering a Member benefit or sponsoring an event.
  • Advances your emerging leaders – GVBOT’s Company of Young Professionals (CYP) program offers your team, networking, development workshops, volunteer opportunities, and much more.

The Electronic Recycling Association benefit from all of the above. However, we particularly benefit immensely from the e-blasts to GVBOT’s clientele.
