The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is thrilled to announce its recent donation to the Alberta Children’s Hospital. A compassionate staff member reached out to ERA, informing us about a father in need of a laptop to manage reimbursements for Family Support For Children with Disabilities (FSCD) for his medically complex child. Unable to afford one on his own, ERA gladly stepped in to assist.
The Alberta Children’s Hospital, located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, is the largest public hospital for sick children in the prairie provinces. Since May 19, 1922, the hospital has been providing exceptional care to children and families. Thanks to generous community support, it has become a renowned leader in pediatric medicine, offering specialized treatment to children up to the age of 18 from across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and southeastern British Columbia. As a non-profit ourselves, we see first-hand what supporting the communities we operate in does for those living there.
