The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) has recently donated four laptops to the Future Stars Cricket Foundation through ERA’s donation program. The Future Stars Cricket Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to promote and develop cricket among youths in Calgary.
The foundation recently launched the first-ever kids/youth cricket league in Calgary called “The Future Stars Cricket League.” The league is completely free of cost to the participants, and they have currently registered over 250 kids/youth for their ongoing winter season. They anticipate the registration to be well over 400 for the summer season.
In order to provide adequate equipment for their staff, the foundation reached out to ERA for assistance. ERA was happy to assist by donating four laptops to the foundation, which would be used to manage the administration work and registration process for the league.
