By electronic recycling association January 4, 2024

The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) has extended its support to the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital in Edmonton, AB, by donating 2 tablets. This donation will be assisting a low-income family in providing tablets for a pair of 3-year-old twins facing disabilities.

Technology has become an integral part of our daily lives, opening doors to endless possibilities. Recognizing the importance of accessibility, ERA’s recent donation of tablets to the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital is a step towards creating inclusive opportunities for those who need it most.

The tablets are destined for a special cause – supporting a low-income family with 3-year-old twins who are navigating the challenges of disability. In a world where technology has the power to break barriers, these devices will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of these young ones, offering them new avenues for learning, communication, and engagement.

The Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital is the largest free-standing, comprehensive tertiary rehabilitation hospital in Canada, serving patients of all ages who require complex rehabilitation to enable them to participate in life to the fullest.
