Laptops Donated to RAFT Through Partnership Between ERA and the Office of Mayor Siscoe

The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to partner with the Office of Mayor Mat Siscoe to support students in the community through a donation of 10 refurbished laptops to RAFT and its After School Programs in the City of St. Catharines, ON.

Access to reliable technology plays an important role in helping young people succeed both academically and personally. These laptops will provide students participating in RAFT’s programs with the tools they need to complete schoolwork, build digital skills, and access valuable educational resources in a supportive environment.

ERA is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the Office of Mayor Siscoe to make a meaningful impact in the St. Catharines community. Partnerships like this demonstrate how local leadership, businesses, and community organizations can work together to expand access to technology for those who need it most.

Through ERA’s national device donation program, retired electronics donated by businesses and individuals are securely data wiped, professionally refurbished, and redistributed to charities, non-profits, schools, and community organizations across Canada. This helps reduce electronic waste while creating new opportunities through technology reuse.

ERA thanks Mayor Siscoe and the entire RAFT team for their commitment to supporting local youth and looks forward to continuing to build stronger communities through technology.

If your organization has retired computers or electronics to donate, ERA can securely recycle or refurbish your devices to help support charities and community organizations across Canada.
