We were pleased to donate 12 monitors and 1 laptop to Kids Cancer Care. Their programs are uniquely designed to meet the needs of the whole family at each stage of the cancer journey, from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. The foundation helps Alberta children and families by providing funding and programs in these key areas: Camp and Outreach; Research and Hospital; and Education Support and Scholarship Programs.
The laptop will be used by their PEER program (Pediatric Oncology Patients Engaging in Exercise for Recovery). The laptop will be an essential support for off-site activities with kids as they monitor progress and measure results. The monitors will be a huge support to their Kids Cancer Care office staff by enhancing their healthy and productive work spaces for their teams as they support multiple events and plan for future development of their programs and outreach.
