Renfrew-Collingwood Seniors’ Society was incorporated as a not-for-profit, charitable organization on October 19, 1976. During its early years, Renfrew-Collingwood Seniors’ Society was devoted to providing recreational, social and leisure activities and services to community seniors.
Their mission is to enhance the quality of life of aging adults within their community by promoting wellness and independence through the provision of a safe and caring environment. Their vision is to be a Center of excellence providing quality and innovative leadership in programs dedicated to seniors. We were pleased to donate 2 computers, 1 laptop and 1 printer to this amazing organization.
This donation will go towards their joint programs with Kingsway Continental, a supportive housing site for seniors and homeless individuals, to offer recreation programs and increase the accessibility of services and resources for residents. These devices will go towards teaching the elderly computer skills. We wish them the best of luck.
