On March 11th, 2023 the West Vancouver Police Department & Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) partnered together to help the community of Vancouver protect their private information through data destruction.
We held an electronics collection and data shredding event at the West Vancouver Police Department Headquarters where citizens came to donate unwanted electronic devices such as hard drives, computers, laptops, phones, tablets, tapes and other small devices storing sensitive data. Citizens where able to securely destroyed OR wiped clean and re-used for FREE in support of Fraud Prevention Month.
