WSEGL Twitch Gaming & Electronic Recycling Event

By electronic recycling association July 5, 2022

The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to partner with The Warriors and Survivors eSports Gaming Lounge (WSEGL) for a community e-waste collection event in support of Kawartha Lakes Pride.

Everyone has one. That box, drawer, or shopping bag in a closet filled with old cell phones, obsolete chargers, broken tablets, and defunct MP3 players. It’s our personal piles of electronic waste.

Recycling electronic waste has become an increasingly important environmental issue as the useful life of electronic devices becomes shorter and shorter and the list of electronic gadgets we use becomes longer and longer.

Donate your personal pile of e-waste on July 8th 2022 and rest assured any personal information will be securely destroyed by ERA. We will then work to refurbish the collected devices so that we can donate computers, laptops, tablets, etc to those need. With each electronic item donated, you will be entered to win a mystery prize bundle.

Location: Maryboro Lodge Museum (50 Oak St, Fenelon Falls, ON)

Date: July 8th, 2022

Time: 10am-12pm
