The Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is proud to partner with United Way Central Alberta to host a Free Electronics Collection Event in recognition of Circular Economy Month.
From October 13–23, 2026, community members and businesses are invited to drop off their unwanted or unused electronics anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at:

This free event provides a secure and environmentally responsible way to dispose of unwanted technology. All donated devices will undergo secure data wiping before being professionally refurbished whenever possible. Refurbished devices will then be donated to local charities and community organizations throughout the Red Deer area, helping provide technology access to those who need it most.
